Earn and Learn Scheme
The main objective of the scheme is to develop a student as a versatile personality with academic. This scheme is basically undertaken for the benefit of students coming from the rural areas, who are economically backward, intelligent, needy and financially hard pressed. It gives the idea that no work is big or small. This will make higher education accessible and available to the poor, meritorious. This scheme increases their skills in areas of their study, office work, technical work and field work. However when the distribution of work is given, it is seen that all students get equal opportunity to get all different kinds of work. Office work includes working at the Library or the work related office of the institute.
