Since 2012 Jaihind College of Engineering, Kuran organizes different activities under SWO, SPPU, Pune and supervises the welfare activities of the departments of the institute. SWO promotes and co-ordinates the different students’ their overall personality development and to make them compete in the globalized world. The Department of Students’ Welfare engaged in developing the personality of the student through various student-oriented programs through which many of these students get opportunity to their hidden talents. This department initiates different schemes, which includes earn & learn scheme, special guidance scheme, Nirbhay Kanya Abhiyan, Personality development scheme, with participation at various cultural activities like Youth Festival, Dr. P.C. Alexander elocution competition etc. these schemes provides opportunities for the development of the students, to Promote leadership qualities, to improving the communication skills. Jaihind College of Engineering authorities are always keen to provide standard academic programs to boost the confidence amongst the students.
