Jaihind Comprehensive Educational Institute was established in 1996 under the leadership and guidance of (Late) Hon’ble Mahadev Alias Tatyasaheb Gunjal aiming at needed quality technical education to rural aspirants. It is during course of time Jaihind Polytechnic has become a leading technical education institute in rural Maharashtra. As in case of most educational institutes, the initial phase was much tough and testing for our institute also. But our planning, decisions have not only strengthened the roots but also expanded the majestic tree, Jaihind Comprehensive Educational Institute (JCEI). The ISO 9001:2008 certification for Jaihind Polytechnic signifies its quality and vouches its commitment to impart quality and up to date education. It was in academic year 2010-11 JCEI started its Degree Engineering college i.e. Jaihind college of Engineering which is now a premier institute under Savitribai Phule Pune University. JCOE is accredited by NAAC with B++ grade in its first attempt. This is our goal to develop such technocrats who immensely constitute in nation building. It is undisputed that technocrats contribute remarkably in the development of nation and to nurture such human resource at JCEI is our prime endeavour. Both Jaihind Polytechnic and Jaihind College of Engineering has set a trend of technical education in rural areas. Stepping ahead we have started Master’s Degree in engineering courses from academic year 2013-14. We also look forward to root level technical education for industry sector. To develop skill of rural students to the level of skilled workers for industry we have started Jaihind Private Industrial Training Institute (ITI) in 2019-20. Quality education in Pre-primary, Primary, Secondary level is very important for this purpose JCEI has started its School and Jr College with Commerce and Science streams in 2019-20. Stepping ahead we have started D. Pharm and B. Pharm courses from academic year 2022-23. In the academic year 2023–24, we started the MBA course. And in the academic year 2024–25, we started the BCA and MCA. Thus, we are penning a script of success of an ever-sprawling institute.

JCEI’s Jaihind Polytechnic and Jaihind College of Engineering have made significant progress amidst many hurdles. Overcoming these hurdles, we have proven our dedication, and our QMS and EMS certifications are a testament to our true efforts. We have also started Masters courses to facilitate technical education seekers.

We have started, and we are proud to introduce in the academic year 2022–23, D. Pharm. and B. Pharm. Courses. This expansion aims to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical education, equipping students with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the healthcare industry.

JCEI has definite plans for more development in education field. It is committed to excellence in education.
