Rules Regulations

The students should obey the instructions given by the Principal from time to time.

  Students will be expelled from the college when found disobeying the orders of Principal.


  The student should be regular & his attendance for the day shall be marked only when he is present for all the session during the day.


  Polytechnic expects 100% attendance for theory & practical sessions, however some relaxation is possible to the extent of 10% on valid ground & with prior permission.


  Industrial visits and educational tours as and when arranged by the Institute are compulsory for every student.


  Student should be in Uniform & carry his Identity card with him regularly.


  Strict silence should be observed in the library, Loitering in corridors is strictly prohibited.


  The students are advised to refer regularly to all the notices displayed at various places on the notice board. Ignorance of the same shall not be entertained as an excuse.


  The students shall attend lectures, Practical’s, Tutorials, Unit tests & shall keep their guardians in touch with the progress.


  No student will be allowed to appear for the MSBTE Examination unless he/she pays all his/her dues & completes his/her term-work in time. The attendance at Theory & Practical must be more than 75%.


  Students should take proper care of the college property, & help in keeping the premises clean, neat & tidy. Any damage, whatsoever done will be treated as a serious breach of discipline and the cost of the damage(s) will be recovered from students.


  Students should not loiter about & seat bare class rooms, laboratories, in veranda, stair case, parking & playground that may cause disturbance to the classes. They should either go to the library or leave the college premises, in case there are no lectures or practicals.


  If any statement made in application form or any information supplied by the student in connection with his/her admission is later on, at any time found to be false or incorrect, his/her admission will be cancelled, fees forfeited & he/she be expelled from the Institute by Principal and prosecute by Government if deemed necessary.


  Any changes in the address of the students must be intimated by him/her in writing to the college office immediately.


  Ragging of the students in any form within or outside the college is strictly prohibited. Defaulters will be strictly dealt with as per Government instructions in this matter.


  Smoking, Drinking (Alcohol) & use of Drugs & Chewing of tobacco & Gutkha is strictly prohibited in the premises of the College.


  Bicycle, Scooters & Vehicles should be parked in areas provided for the purpose. The Institute accepts no responsibility for their safe custody. Vehicles parked elsewhere may be confiscated.


  A student shall not go to the press or any media without permission of the principal.


  No Society or Association shall be formed by the students in the College & no person should be invited to attend & address any meeting without prior permission of the PRINCIPAL.


  Students should not keep mobile phone/valuables along with them at the time of M.S.B.T.E. examinations as well as during their regular lectures and practicals. The Institute will not be responsible for the mobile phones/valuables of the students.
